4-Hour Repair Response Commitment

Submit a service request during business hours and a real Sonsray service rep, not a call center, will contact you within 4 business hours to confirm the request and schedule a technician. After-hours requests are addressed starting at 7:00 AM the next business day.

4-Day Repair Completion Promise

If the parts are in stock or readily available through standard distribution, we’ll complete your repair within 4 business days of technician dispatch. If parts are delayed beyond our control, you’ll hear from us within 24 hours with an updated timeline.

Free Loaner Equipment

If a repair is expected to take longer than 4 business days, we’ll provide a comparable loaner machine at no charge (subject to availability) under a temporary usage agreement. The customer covers fuel, operator, and transport unless agreed to otherwise in writing.

On-Site Repairs with Covered Travel

For warrantable field repairs during the first 12 months of the manufacturer’s base warranty, Sonsray covers 100% of round-trip technician travel time, provided the equipment is within 100 miles of any Sonsray Machinery service location. Travel beyond 100 miles may incur additional charges or require prior approval.
