Program Details
Field Repair Travel Time Coverage
For warrantable field repairs during the first 12 months of the manufacturer’s base warranty, Sonsray will cover 100% of the round-trip travel time for a certified technician—as long as the equipment is located within 100 miles of any Sonsray Machinery location.
If your machine is located beyond 100 miles, Sonsray may still provide service but it could incur additional costs or require prior approval.
That means no surprise travel charges for most service calls, and faster turnaround from a team that’s already nearby.
Loaner Equipment Policy
If your repair is expected to take more than 4 business days, Sonsray will offer a comparable loaner machine at no charge—so your jobsite keeps moving.
Customers are responsible for fuel, transport, and operators unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Loaner availability may vary by location and equipment type.
Loaners are provided under a short-term usage agreement and must be returned in working condition (normal wear and tear allowed).
4-Day Repair Completion Promise
Once a technician is dispatched, if the required parts are in stock or readily available, Sonsray will complete the repair within 4 business days.
If the parts must be special-ordered or delayed by a supplier, you’ll be notified within 24 hours of identifying the issue, and we’ll provide a revised ETA.
This applies to in-warranty repairs on eligible equipment. Our goal is to get you back to work without unnecessary delays.
4-Hour Repair Response Commitment
When your equipment goes down, we don’t waste time. If you submit a service request during regular business hours, a Sonsray service rep will respond within 4 business hours—by phone, email, or in-person dispatch scheduling.
Requests submitted after hours will be addressed promptly starting at 7:00 AM the next business day, so you’re not left waiting.

Program Exclusions
The Sonsray Edge program does not apply to:

FAQ About Sonsray EDGE
What equipment qualifies for the Sonsray Edge Program?
Sonsray Edge applies to all new Hitachi, Case IH, Case CE, and Kubota equipment sold by Sonsray Machinery that is still covered under the manufacturer’s base warranty. This includes both construction and agriculture equipment categories. Equipment purchased outside of Sonsray or not backed by the base warranty is not eligible.
How does the 4-Hour Repair Response work?
If you submit a service request during regular business hours, a Sonsray service rep will contact you within 4 business hours to confirm the request and begin scheduling a technician. Requests submitted after hours will be responded to starting at 7:00 AM the next business day. This applies to all eligible repair needs under the program.
What if the repair takes longer than 4 business days?
If a repair is expected to take longer than 4 business days due to parts availability or complexity, Sonsray will offer a comparable loaner machine at no charge, subject to availability. Do I have to pay for technician travel?
No, as long as your equipment is located within 100 miles of a Sonsray Machinery location, travel time for warrantable field repairs is covered at no charge. If your site is outside this radius, additional charges may apply or require pre-approval.
What isn’t covered by the Sonsray Edge Program?
The program does not cover non-warrantable repairs, damage due to misuse or unauthorized modifications, after-hours emergency service, or equipment not sold by Sonsray. It also excludes service delays caused by the customer (e.g., declining parts installation) and any non-OEM attachments or brands outside of Hitachi, Case, and Kubota.
