FLEET/AFS Connect
Multiple apps, outdated navigation, no construction equipment support, limited insights, and no real-time tracking across your entire mixed fleet.
Case IH FieldOps is a next-generation digital command center for your farm—connecting your machines, fields, data, and teams through one easy-to-use system. Purpose-built for farmers, FieldOps combines the most important tools from multiple legacy platforms into a single experience that works seamlessly across web and mobile.
Why It Matters:
Monitor operations in real time.
Make data-backed decisions, faster
Replace cluttered systems with a unified solution
The all-new FieldOps Mobile app, available on iOS and Android, was built from the ground up based on customer feedback. It brings the power of your operation to your smartphone with intuitive navigation, real-time machine data, and easy access to agronomic insights—whenever and wherever you need them.
Top Features:
Live Equipment Monitoring – Track machine location, speed, engine load, fuel rate, and more with updates every 3–5 seconds
In-Cab Display Viewing – Remotely access the Pro 1200 display to guide operators or troubleshoot in real-time
24-Hour Machine History – Visualize where each unit traveled and worked over the last day
Agronomic Layer Comparison – Toggle and compare data layers across seasons
Health Alerts – Spot critical issues fast with severity indicators and custom notifications
FieldOps Web complements the mobile experience with a clean, scalable design focused on ease of navigation and deeper insights. Built as a remix of AFS Connect Web, the new interface improves visibility, task tracking, and machine performance analysis—giving you full control with fewer clicks.
Key Upgrades:
Left-hand navigation panel for faster access
Streamlined overview, activities, and equipment views
Live display viewer with real-time in-cab mirroring
Enhanced field and farm view for unified analysis
Web and mobile share the same user experience and login
With the August 2024 rollout, Case IH is retiring older tools in favor of a single, streamlined experience:
No disruption to access:
✅ Log in to FieldOps using your existing credentials
❌ No need to create a new account
FLEET Mobile App → shut down on August 21, 2024
AFS Connect Web Portal → shut down on August 21, 2024
AFS Connect FARM Mobile App → active until December 11, 2024
Multiple apps, outdated navigation, no construction equipment support, limited insights, and no real-time tracking across your entire mixed fleet.
Unified platform with real-time tracking, intuitive design, construction equipment support, 24-hour history, and seamless access to agronomic and machine data.
The new Equipment Overview Dashboard gives you deeper visibility into machine performance, fuel usage, and status across your entire fleet. Sort, compare, and filter with smart visuals to identify top-performing assets and machines needing maintenance—all in a modern, data-rich interface.
Use it to:
Pinpoint underperforming units
Plan maintenance proactively
Improve productivity across the board
FieldOps Web now includes visibility into your CASE Construction Equipment—making it the first platform to support both ag and construction machines in a single view. If your SiteWatch and FieldOps accounts share the same email address, your backhoes, dozers, loaders, and other units will appear automatically.
Versatile and reliable, backhoe loaders are essential for trenching, digging, and material handling. With FieldOps, managers can track real-time location, monitor usage hours, and schedule proactive maintenance—ensuring the machine is always ready for the next job.
Compact and agile, skid steers are workhorses for loading, grading, and debris clearing. FieldOps allows you to quickly locate units, track machine health, and receive alerts for high-severity faults before they impact productivity.
Whether digging trenches or handling demolition, these excavators are the backbone of site excavation. FieldOps enhances oversight by providing visibility into location, fuel consumption, engine performance, and maintenance needs—helping extend uptime and reduce operational surprises.
Designed to move large volumes of material, wheel loaders play a vital role in loading, transport, and earthmoving. FieldOps delivers live tracking, usage insights, and fault alerts so that fleets can be optimized for maximum productivity with minimal downtime.
Powerful and precise, dozers are critical for grading and pushing heavy material across rugged terrain. With FieldOps, users gain access to machine status, historical movement data, and performance metrics—helping them manage workloads more effectively across large-scale projects.
From warehouses to construction zones, forklifts lift and transport materials with precision. FieldOps allows teams to monitor real-time forklift activity, track fault codes, and ensure operators are using the right machine in the right place at the right time.
Used to compress soil, gravel, and asphalt, compactors are essential in road and foundation work. FieldOps provides insight into machine run time, task status, and severity-level alerts, keeping these mission-critical machines running at peak performance.
Graders are key to fine leveling and surface finishing, especially in road construction. FieldOps enables better grading operations through real-time tracking, duty status monitoring, and task completion estimates—supporting more accurate planning and execution.
With the new Analyze Layers tool, you can draw a polygon or circle on your field map to isolate and compare yield, productivity, and coverage metrics. This granular layer-level analysis empowers better crop planning, problem diagnosis, and precision targeting.
Available Metrics:
Min, Max, Avg, and Total Yield (Bu/ac)
Area (acres)
FieldOps is Case IH’s new all-in-one digital platform that combines machine monitoring, agronomic insights, and operational management into a single, streamlined interface—available on both web and mobile. Unlike previous tools like the FLEET app and AFS Connect FARM, FieldOps offers a fully modernized user experience with shared login credentials, intuitive navigation, real-time data, and the ability to view both agricultural and construction equipment in one place. It consolidates multiple legacy platforms into one consistent system, eliminating the need to switch between apps for different functions. Users can track equipment in real time, view 24-hour history, compare agronomic layers, and receive fault alerts—all from one login.
FieldOps provides real-time machine visibility, refreshing location and operational data every 3–5 seconds (faster than many competitive systems). It tracks key performance metrics such as engine speed, ground speed, fuel rate, and duty status, and allows users to remotely view in-cab displays on machines equipped with Pro 1200/P&CM monitors. Operators and managers can also view 24-hour machine history, helping with logistical planning and job completion tracking. Through customizable parameters, users can tailor which data is most important by machine type (e.g., combines vs. tractors), and quickly spot any high-severity faults or alerts through color-coded health indicators.
FieldOps Web now supports CASE Construction Equipment, allowing users to view mixed fleets of agricultural and construction machinery in one unified dashboard. Supported construction equipment includes skid steers, wheel loaders, mini and crawler excavators, dozers, telehandlers, compactors, graders, and forklifts. If your FieldOps and SiteWatch accounts use the same email address, your construction equipment will automatically populate in the FieldOps interface. This integration allows for centralized fleet management, improved visibility across job types, and simplified scheduling and maintenance planning.
The Climate FieldView Import API enables users to bring agronomic data directly into FieldOps for a more complete operational picture. Users can import key layers such as as-planted, as-applied, and yield data from their FieldView accounts. Once connected, existing historical data is imported first, followed by automatic syncing of new data (which typically appears within 24 hours). Only Climate FieldView-native .DAT files are supported, and the integration is initiated directly from FieldOps by connecting via the “Partnership” setup menu. This feature allows farmers to make better-informed decisions by combining third-party agronomic data with live equipment and operational insights in one place.
With the launch of FieldOps, Case IH is phasing out older apps to provide a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. The FLEET mobile app was officially shut down on August 21, 2024 for customers, and the AFS Connect FARM mobile app will remain available only until December 11, 2024. Additionally, the AFS Connect web portal was also replaced by the new FieldOps Web experience. Importantly, users do not need to create a new account—FieldOps uses the same credentials from previous Case IH platforms, ensuring a seamless transition. A pop-up redirect in the older apps and portals will guide users to download or access FieldOps when the time comes.
